SILVIA INGRAM
SALON OWNER / EDUCATOR / MASTER STYLIST
Silvia always had a passion for hair and the industry. Growing up in Europe she had the opportunity to travel to Paris and Milan to see fashion, make-up and hair first hand. It was clear that this was the career she wanted to proceed.
Silvia accomplished her goal to become a career stylist and managed several salons before she was able to bring Tophat Beauticians & Barbers in existence.
She is looking forward to providing opportunities for other young stylists to achieve various levels of success, and mentoring them with her guidance and positive attitude, as they pursue their goals in an ever-evolving industry.
In her downtime you can find Silvia pursuing her health goals, giving back to the community or hanging out with friends & family.
JENNIFER TORRES
SALON LEADER / EDUCATOR / MASTER STYLIST
Jen has been in the Industry for 15+ years and earned her degree as a licensed Master Educator in Cosmetology within the last year. She has developed advanced techniques in hair cutting, coloring, blonding, keratin straightening and hair extensions as well as make-up applications. Jen enjoys working with all hair textures and has a well rounded understanding to do so. She learned from some of the most influential Platform Artists, such as Randy Rick, Sam Villa and Guy Tang.
She truly loves what she does and believes in making every moment count, leaving lasting impressions with the people she comes in
contact with.
ESTEFANY TAPIA
STYLIST
Estefany loves all aspects of hairstyling. One area that she is beyond excellent is her braiding and upstyling.
What Estefany says about our Salon "Its a place where I can do what I love and be what I want to be".
In her free time Estefany likes to crochet, read books and spend time with her family.
LARRY REITZ
BARBER
Larry has been in this field for 50+ years. He started out at the age of 15 and his career took him to Baltimore where he worked at a Barbershop inside a hotel. While sitting in his chair, Larry will tell you all his stories from way back when he used to cut "Kennedy's" hair and some other celebrities.
There is never a dull moment while getting serviced by Larry.
In his free time Larry likes to entertain his cats at home.
LUCAS HORST
BARBER
Although Lucas has just entered the field, he has a strong passion and motivation for what he does. He always enjoyed being able to create something that others can love and that's exactly what he does for you in his chair!
He became a barber to be able to work with his hands, start his own career, and create something that both he and the client loves that leaves everyone feeling good. His goals include creating a long time business and community around the chair, building up a family, and ultimately inspiring others through his work.
Outside of the shop he enjoys spending time with his loved ones and friends, painting models and participating in historical reenacting on the weekends.
